RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase and hope you always will be. For any reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to return any items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be in their original packaging with undamaged seal.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • All products must have originally been purchased from Maison Dix-Neuf.

If the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process any claims for exchange or refund, regardless of the fact that the products have been returned to us.

Products in the Sale cannot be exchanged.

VALIDITY

  • All returns must be submitted within 14 days of the invoice date for orders in the Netherlands and 21 days for orders abroad. All returns requests must be made strictly online at www.maison-19.com for both domestic and foreign deliveries.

RETURNS

  • You must enclose your original invoice together with the item(s) in the original condition and packaging.
  • Fill the return request form on the website and follow the steps indicated in the return form.
  • Mail us your package via a trackable shipping method.
  • Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your return has been approved. In general, the processing period is 15 working days after receiving your package.
  • All return requests will be refunded only through online store credit vouchers. Your online store voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used for your next online purchase.  It is strictly non-refundable, non-renewable, non-exchangeable for cash.
  • Online store credit vouchers must be used in a single transaction and any excess not used will be non-refundable.
  • However, if any of the products received is considered to be defective or as a wrong shipment, Maison Dix-Neuf will bear the costs of returning the item(s) to you.
  • No refunds will be given for duties, taxes, tariffs and excise charges levied on international orders.

  • Our return policy does not cover damage from unique, accidental or random damage resulting from your use of or on a product.
  • Maison Dix-Neuf makes no warranty with respect to any product, implied or express including implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
